Week 1
Day 1 Arrive at Paro. The representative of YANA Travel will receive you and transfer to the hotel. An orientation talk in the evening. Overnight at Hotel
Day 2 Sightseeing of the Paro valley. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3 Paro to Shana, 17 km walk, alt. 2800m (Trek begins)
Day 4 Shana to Soi Thangtahankha, 9-10hrs walk , alt. 3750m
Day 5 Soi Thangtahankha to Jangothang, 19 km trail, alt. 4040m
Day 6 Short hikes or rest day at Jangothang. Enjoying the suberbe view around.
Day 7 Jangothang to Lingshi, 19 km trail, alt. 4150m
Week 1
Day 8 Lingshi to Chebisa, 19 km walk, alt. 3850m
Day 9 Chebisa to Shomutang, 17 km walk, alt. 4250m
Day 10 Shomutang to Robluthang, 18 km trail, alt. 4400m
Day 11 Robluthang to Lemithang, 19 km walk, alt. 4100m
Day 12 Lemithang to Laya, 10 km trail, alt. 3800m
Day 13 A day rest at Laya . Explore around the village.
Day 14 Laya to Chamsa, 8-9hrs walk, alt. 3800m
Week 3
Day 15 Chamsa to Gasa Tsahchu, 5-6hrs walk, alt. 4160m
Day 16 Halt at Gasa Tshachu. After long tiring days, this is the time to relax. Enjoy the hot spring bath.
Day 17 Gasa Tshachu to Goen Damji, 5-6hrs walk, alt. 2200m
(Trek ends)
Day 18 Goen Damji to Punakha via Tashithang. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 19 Morning sightseeing of the Punakha and Wangdi valleys. Afternoon drive to Thimphu. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 20 Morning sightseeing of the Thimphu valley. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 21 Cultural program in the morning and time at leisure. Afternoon drive to Paro visiting Simtokha Dzong on route. Farewell dinner and overnight at Hotel.
Week 4
Day 22 Departure - YT representative will help you complete the check in formalities and bid you farewell.

Highlights
Diverse flora and fauna. The Bluesheep and the Takin can be spotted on this trek. This area is one of the most unique in the country. Many natural springs can be seen on the route. The trek is difficult and a medical fitness check-up is advised.
